Mi primer recuerdo es el de una tarta de chocolate, oscura y aromática, cubierta de merengue blanco, dulce, pringoso y abundante.

   Los olores de la cocina, las mañanas en el campo, los huevos recién cogidos, el calor y el color de ese mundo de mi infancia esta presente siempre en mi memoria y en mi forma de entender la fotografía y la gastronomía.

   Soy cocinero antes que fraile y nada me gusta más que reunirme alrededor de una mesa con mi gente durante horas.

   He unificado mi vocación y mi profesión, soy fotógrafo y estilista de comida, experto en edición y retoque digital, me encuentro muy a gusto tanto en  publicidad como en editorial y desde aquí doy las gracias a todos los que en estos 30 años de profesión han confiado en mi.

My first memory is that of a chocolate cake, dark and aromatic, covered with white meringue, sweet, sticky and plentiful.    

   The smells of the kitchen, the mornings in the countryside, the freshly picked eggs, the warmth and the color of that world of my childhood is always present in my memory and in my way of understanding photography and gastronomy.   

    I am a cook rather than a friar and I like nothing more than to gathering my people around a table with for hours.    

   I have unified my vocation and my profession, I am a photographer and food stylist, expert in editing and digital retouching, I am very comfortable in both advertising and publishing and from here I would like to thank all those who in these 30 years of profession have trusted in me.
